Diani Beach

Diani Beach lies south of Mombasa on Kenya's Indian Ocean coastline and is the country's most established beach resort area, with a long stretch of white sand backed by coconut palms and coastal forest. Offshore coral reefs protect a calm, shallow lagoon that is well suited to swimming, snorkelling and diving, while the nearby Kaya Kinondo sacred forest and Colobus Conservation centre offer short cultural and wildlife excursions for travellers who want a break from the sand.
