Share a safari. Earn points when your referrals become paying clients.

The programme is open to both Mulah Adventures customers and non-customers, in Kenya and internationally. Every member receives a personal referral link and can follow link clicks, enquiries, successful conversions and earned reward points from a private dashboard.

How the programme works

Your tier is based on successful qualified referrals. The percentage is calculated from the total booking amount of the referred customer.

Example

If a referred safari is worth USD 1,000 and your current tier is 2%, the qualified referral earns 20 USD reward points. At 7%, the same booking earns 70 USD reward points.

Everything you should know before joining

Who can participate?

You do not need to have travelled with Mulah Adventures. Individuals, past guests, creators, travel communities, friends, family members and international partners may create an account and refer travellers.

What counts as a referral?

The traveller must be a new valid lead attributed to your personal referral code or link. If they contact us offline and mention your code, Mulah Adventures can attach the referral manually. Self-referrals are not eligible.

When are points earned?

An enquiry alone does not earn points. The referred traveller must book and recorded payments must reach at least 50% of the booking total. At that point the system calculates your percentage against the complete booking value.

How do points work?

Referral points are held in the currency of the qualifying booking. A reward worth KES 8,000 creates 8,000 KES reward points; a reward worth USD 40 creates 40 USD reward points. This avoids mixing currencies or applying an invisible exchange rate.

Can I see my link performance?

Yes. Your dashboard records total link clicks, unique link visitors, click-to-enquiry rate and successful conversion rate, together with every attributed referral and its current status.

How are payouts made?

Supported redemption methods include M-Pesa, bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, other mobile-money services, travel credit and other approved transfer methods. International members are therefore not limited to M-Pesa.
